What OutLoud MD does

You pick a case and reason out loud through it. Dr. Morgan presents the patient, then releases history, results, and imaging as you ask for them, without hinting or naming the diagnosis. When the case ends, you get a score and written feedback broken down by domain, so you can see where your reasoning held up and where it slipped. Cases run across the four station formats of the exam, and each one is grounded in the emergency-medicine literature rather than invented.
